Tribute To Mark Craney Modern Drummer May issue

The May issue of Modern Drummer is out and there's a great tribute article on legendary drummer Mark Craney following his passing months ago. The article contains some old rare photos and lots of reflections by some of the world's greatest drummers like Bozzio and Vinnie Colaiuta and more.

I also found a link to a live performance of Mark Craney when he toured with Jethro Tull in 1980 doing the song "Aqualung". I always loved his playing on this particular concert. There are some nice shots of Mark on his huge double bass Ludwig kit. His playing on this show is stellar. He also has a flurry of double bass notes during the end part of the guitar solo that are so amazing.
