Yeah yeah yeah.. KISS lied, get over it and live with it. I'd rather see RUSH here in the Sault anyways.. At least they know how to play ;-) That little Battle of the Bands thing for the KISS concert is really starting to look like a total farce now. Who made money? THE BAR!!! What a joke. I feel for the winners Garden Of Bedlam but hey, they don't need KISS to make music. They're doing fine on their own.. They just have to get their asses out of the Sault. There will be other shows at the Essar that may have our local talent support them.
So I guess we'll just all have to qualify for opening slots on the Gsis Murphy "The World is My Toilet" Tour eh boys and girls? |O| NOT! It's kinda odd when you think about it but KISS and Gsis Murphy like to screw over their opening acts. Hmmmm. Anyone remember Sandblast? Was it called that? I can't remember. Who cares.. The point is, they screwed over their opening acts and sadly KISS screwed over Gardens of Bedlam and a lot of loyal fans in the Sault. That's what big egos like to do boys and girls. It's sad and unfortunate but true.
NOW, if it was RUSH playing, the story would be different. They wouldn't have an opening act |O| They don't need one with 600 albums in their library. They also have no egos. :-)
Ah well, sorry local Kiss fans. Kiss sucks..that's my opinion. :-) There is however, a very small chance Kiss might add a show just before the Toronto one. I've seen the schedule and that's about the only open spot. Cross your fingers. Me, I really don't care for KISS so it's no biggy if they play here or not.
P.S. it was 1000 degrees in the Sault today.. a record. Stop crying about KISS and get out and enjoy the weather. ;-)
