Why do people post hurtful comments on Facebook about people they don't know or post about something they have no clue about. Some hear one side of a story and shoot their mouths off before hearing the full story. This happens so often on Facebook and forums. Just recently I viewed a comment from a local graphic artist mentioning our Freq in a negative naive way. The twist to that is that Freq likes this guys graphic work. Does Freq know him or does he know the Freq? No. That's the stupid part. This guy just heard one side of a story from a 3rd party and slammed Freq. This is a common theme amongst local musicians and it appears artists in general I guess. For what purpose do people do these kind of things? I don't really know but there's not much logic to it. Are people that simple minded that they can only hear one side of a story and pass judgment on an individual having never met that individual? It appears this is the way things go these days. Slam them first and deal with the consequences later. It's too bad terms like facts or truth don't apply in a lot of these cases.

Yeah.. somebody else let me know about that. Odd eh? I don't know this guy from a hole in the ground. This all stems from me leaving a band I was with I'm sure. Bands are the WORST for not telling the truth of why something happens especially when a member leaves. I've heard a ton of stories on why I'm not playing in certain bands but not once do these people making comments ask me the reason. I'm not worthy haha. You're right Fingerbang when you say the whole story is not important. On the other hand if you had to defend every negative comment made, you'd go insane. I just can't be bothered. It is pretty funny that I just recently defended this guys artwork from being ripped off by others on another thread on my forum and he slams me for reasons I have no clue about. |O| To each his own as the saying goes.|O| As for the band that the story seems to have originated from, well, I'm not going to make waves. They got what they wanted so how can that be my fault? |O| I thought they're were doing fine so I'm not sure why B.S. has to start now. Just when you think a split was a mutual thing and everyone walks away happy especially when the band wanted it, the drama begins. It's redundant. Oh well, what can I say? It's the Sault Music Scene. Nothing is normal here. haha.
