Wishbone is back in the studio today (September 20 2009) for it's second album. We have a ton of solid new tunes but only 11 are being recorded. We were shooting for 14 but time restraints are tight so we opted for 11. This batch of tunes continues the rock edge Wishbone had on the first album but adds more groove based tunes. The band is also a lot tighter since the first album and hopefully that gets captured on the new CD. We have 9 days to complete the album and everything should go smoothly. I'm going to try one of my Gretsch drumsets on this album but I could change my mind by the time I go in for my sessions on Monday. I will be posting highlights of the sessions as things move along.

Guitars, bass and drums are now done.. Vocals start tonight. This album is going great so far and the results are dyno. Vocals will be tough as the new batch of songs include some 3 part harmonies.. Here's a photo of Jeremey working on his sound in the studio with Miguel helping out. More updates coming..
