I think the saying is that falling through the ice on a bad day of ice fishing is far better than a good day on Soonet.. ;D I think you'd have a better day fishing if you used a fishing rod instead of your weapon of choice. I've heard of snag fishing,, but scoop fishing?

The Museum Exhibit will start on March 3 and will last approximately one month. There were a few pictures in a flyer that some may have got in the mail the other night featuring the Odds and Ends with Colin Lily and a few other popular local acts from past decades. These bands will be featured in the exhibit along with many others dating back to the 30's. I myself am contributing an old drumset and a few other goodies to the museum. Hope to see many of you there.

I'm not totally sure of the hours of the show but normally the museum has regular business hours plus saturdays. I'm bringing my stuff down for the show friday so I'll find out and post it.. ;D

I dropped my gear off friday at the museum and it looks like the times will be 9am to 4:30pm which are regular hours for them. My chum wasn't there but I'll be heading down today to see how things are shaping up. Should be fun.

Here's a very interesting yet sad story about 2 members of the 60's rock band "Cowsills", known for their hit "Hair" among others. The sad thing is that 2 brothers in this band died within months of each other. One in New Orleans during Katrina and the other in Canada do to long time illnesses. While the family looked for one brother in New Orleans and was having services for him, they did not know the other brother had passed away in Canada. Cowsills Story. The t.v. show "the Partidge Family" was based on the band "the Cowsills".
